Kirsten Matthiesen

Coach Kirsten is a graduate of Centennial High School here in Howard County where she played lacrosse all four years.  She was selected as All County First Team in her Senior year. She continued her lacrosse career by attending Gettysburg College, where she played all four years and was captain in her senior year.  She still ranks in the top ten for total draw control for a single season. Coach Matthiesen had coached youth girls lacrosse for the Freedom Lacrosse Club for the 6 years prior to joining HOCO.  Kirsten is also the Assistant Varsity Girls Coach at Liberty High School.
