Emmy Johnson
Emmy grew up in West Chester, PA (a suburb of Philadelphia) and attended Henderson High School where she was a 4-year varsity athlete and academic All-American in both Field Hockey and Lacrosse. She went on to play Division I lacrosse at the University of Delaware, where she received her undergraduate degree in Business & Sports Management. She served as the assistant coach for the girl’s lacrosse team at Penncrest High School for the 2006 season before becoming the Assistant Coach for the DI Women’s Lacrosse team at Mt. St. Mary's University where she received her MBA in 2008. During her 2 year stint at the Mount, Emmy was the offensive coordinator and interim Strength and Conditing coach. She also helped lead their recruiting efforts. Today Emmy lives in Howard County with her 2 daughters and son. Both girls play lacrosse for HoCo.
